(Women's Information and Self Help Centre)

Supporting, advising and assisting anyone who has had experience of or who is experiencing domestic abuse.

The WISH centre is often the first point of contact for people experiencing domestic abuse. Trained staff are available to discuss choices and options in a non judgemental way. As well as offering emotional and practical support staff will also refer to other areas within the service as listed below.

  • information on and access to emergency, temporary accomodation
  • access to floating support, outreach service
  • access to counselling
  • access to specialist courses for men and women
  • appointments at the free legal surgery

We provide support and guidance whatever choice you make.
